Believed to be Persian, these sister rugs are original kilims, hand-woven from South Caspian wool. Sister rugs are two rugs woven simultaneously on the same loom. Combining a contemporary palette with a traditional geometric design of five medallions, they are truly two of a kind.Recently dusted, hand-washed, lanolin applied, stain proofed, and moth proofed, practically mint condition. Donated by Noor Oriental Rugs Inc. toward cancer research, AIDS prevention and care, and educational causes.
